Yeah I probably did it. I think brian's confusing "nay saying" with my perspective, which is a perspective I think you might agree with. - cautiously optimistic. shoot low and appreciate it when you surpass the expectations. - regardless of build quality and hardware 700rwhp does break stuff spontaneously and reduces the margin for error in any engine management issues to near 0. - results are what matter..not intentions. Like I said...I'll be impressed with 650rwhp...it's a good number out of any Z. If it never goes back to your shop to get fixed I'm sure you'll miss the money but will be happy, as would I. Now, if it makes 800rwhp and lasts forever then I'm just that much happier for Brian. I do have some wavering faith in the VG but what Brian doesn't know is what I say about the Mitsu and Toyota stuff. If he thinks what I said about how the VG behaves at ultra high HP then he'd be flabbergasted by what I call Mitsu motors : ) I expect it to surpass what I said would impress me and I sincerely hope that nothing catastrophic (and probably unavoidable) happens. My perspective is just a bit skewed because when I go to work I see 3 dead Z32s and I'm sort of angered by all the broken Z cars out there that I would like to see running again (Colin,Carl,Bill,Walter,Corky, and about 10 other people I know)
